Callsigns with 2 or more distinct pending applicants received on one day.

Counts are of distinct applicants per callsign-day (licensee ID, else FRN, else the applicant's own callsign — per-identifier, never merged across identifiers); applications without a receipt date are excluded (a null date cannot be placed on a day), preference order is reported, not weighted, and same-applicant duplicate filings show up as Applications above Applicants.
